Insulating Rescue Hook / Stick
The Insulating Rescue Hook (also known as a Salisbury Rescue Hook or Insulating Rescue Stick) is designed for the safe recovery of injured technicians in electrical environments, including incidents involving electrocution, dizziness, burns, or loss of consciousness. Suitable for use in Category 1, 2, and 3 substations, the hook enables operators to pull an injured person clear of danger and into a protected area by securely grasping them around the waist. The rescue hook forms an essential part of substation safety equipment and emergency response procedures, helping minimise the risk to both the casualty and the rescuer during electrical incidents.
